Councilwoman, mayoral candidate Kim Thomas named Greenwood Farm president
The Greenwood Farm Board of Directors last week elected Ward 1 Councilwoman and mayoral candidate Kim Thomas as the city-owned farm’s new president. Thomas will fill the role left by the death last month, at age 93, of former president Lee Gase.

As I reflect on the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the work he has done in creating national unity, I realize there is still much to do. So, as we head into 2021, I hope we can begin to continue to be good stewards of our community.
Second monthly Richmond Heights food pantry serves 1,375 people in need
Ward 1 Councilwoman Kim Thomas organized her second food pantry Thursday (April 16) on the grounds of Richmond Heights Schools which, like the first, featured a long line of cars. This month’s pantry led to more people being served than a month ago.
